There are so many options for wedding favors for friends and family attending your ceremony and reception. There are picture frames that can also be used as place card holders, novelty favors for almost every season or theme, and many other super ideas. I chose to go with candle wedding favors because they are very decorative, and you can get a lot of use out of a gift like that. I found just the right wedding favor boxes I wanted to use and I also ordered special hang tags for each.
I added some candle weddings to every reception table to add to the ambiance of the wedding. They really looked nice with all the other decorations and the lovely centerpieces I got from the florist. It’s not just weddings that have the candle gifts for, graduations, birthdays and many other themed events had candle party favors to choose from, and a really nice candle wedding favor for bridal shower parties too. I bought a complete five piece wedding set which has a wedding guestbook and matching pen set, flower basket, ring pillow and a very nice wedding garter. We saved a little money by being able to get so many of our accessories in a set like that at such a low cost. That’s another thing I like about where I got our wedding supplies, the prices are so reasonable, and they even had discount candles wedding favors.
We ordered a customized wedding cake topper and expected to pay a lot more than we actually did for it. This lovely cake topper was a bride and groom figurine that were exact replicas of me and my fiance, and our guests were really astonished. They used head shots of me and my fiance to make the bride and groom figurines. The three tiered chocolate wedding cake we had made was just gorgeous and was decorated with all red and pink flowers surrounding it. Next to our beautiful cake was the cake serving set I went crazy over, with it’s handles decorated in a gorgeous calla lily design.
For our wedding table we decided on getting the champagne flutes made especially for the bride and groom, but the guests all got beautiful crystal champagne glasses they could keep as an extra party favor. There was no point in keeping them, what would I do with 200 champagne flutes? We had enough momentos of our wedding day, like our photo album, topper, wedding guestbook with all the signatures and so much more. One of the items in our five piece wedding set was the claret colored wedding guestbook with guest sign in pages, a place to list the gifts we received and a special spot for those little momentos. The guest book comes in handy for making out your thank you cards, and it’s nice to have a record of everyone that shared that day with you. You want to be able to mention the gift they gave you when writing out your thank you cards, it’s much more personal that way.
I guess most of our guests really like the unique candle wedding favors we chose for their thank you gifts, some of them expressed their appreciation. Looks like a made a wise choice in wedding favors. We were told, by our guests, as we departed for our honeymoon, that it was a fantastic wedding and reception and they all hoped for the best for us. This day in my life, I will always remember and cherish.

Its been many years since my wedding and I can’t believe how much everything has changed for the better, including the decorations. When I started browsing the internet I found so many beautiful wedding and reception accessories for almost any type of wedding you could imagine. There were plenty of suggestions for beach weddings that I thought were very nice with little seashells, starfish and other oceanside designs. Just researching you could find great ideas for a summer or spring wedding. I saw gorgeous new wedding collections for all seasons. The season that was amazing was the winter season because of all the Christmas colors and decorations you can add to your reception. Did you know that some couples actually have a winter wedding outside? To me having a wedding in the winter outside would be a beautiful site to see and yet a little way out of the norm. I think I would be just fine with an indoor winter wedding and reception. Maybe a ski resort would be a good place for a winter wedding, with all the fireplaces and cozy winter atmosphere.

An autumn wedding is so gorgeous and one of my favorite seasons, and has lot to offer in wedding accessories and reception supplies. An autumn wedding would be so beautiful because of the beautiful scenery with the colors changing and awesome fall scents in the air. When I was married many years ago the only options you had was a church wedding or a county building to get married. Now there are so many different types of weddings you can really have your ceremony exactly the way you want to. There are even destination weddings, where you have a few close friends and family go along to the location of your choice for you ceremony. It seems like a great way to escape for all the friends and family. You can choose from a terrific new favor selection – they have everything from old style weddings to long distance weddings.

Soon my daughter will be getting married and I have been helping her to prepare for her country western wedding and reception. When she told me her idea for the wedding, I thought oh boy this is going to be one weird wedding, but as we were planning it I saw how awesome it was going to be. She ordered all the decorations in a western style decor. They had a style of there own. She hired a country band and placed grills and hay around for the party setting. For the reception, she is going to put lights and lanterns all over. Also she purchased centerpieces and name card holders that are western style. They’ve arranged to rent a dude ranch for this event, which really surprised me, because, I didn’t know you could even do that. She ordered quite a few wedding accessories online that will go perfectly with the country western theme. She ordered delightful new wedding invitations for all their friends and family and cowboy hats for the bride and groom.

It’s looks like when this is finished being planned, that it will be a big family barbecue with dear friends. Which when I think of it, sounds like a pretty good time for all. They even planned to have some country western line dancing in the barn. After hearing all this I knew I had to go to the store and get blue jeans, cowboy boots and a cowboy hat so that I could join in the fun and excitement. This is going to be a wedding to remember and will be talked about for years to come. Thanks to my daughters great country themed wedding, she’s given me a great idea for our anniversary.
