I wanted to have a wedding that was not only full of great memories for me, but for our friends and family as well. That’s why I decided to choose my accessories and gifts with the thought of momentos in mind. The gifts I bought were meant to be reminders of what an outstanding wedding day and night we had together. Eventually I got to a wedding invitation keepsake after picking out keepsake gifts. There were plenty of plans and products available online for creating an enjoyable wedding day experience. Whatever I needed for my reception, I found it there.
My reception table centerpieces had flowers and scented candles surrounded by lace in a ceramic candle holder. .
I found some precious little picture frames with beads around them that I could use for my place card holders. As far as gifts for our guests went, I made sure I gave them all practical favors that would also make great cheap keepsake gifts. I just never saw the point to giving out wedding favors that no one can get any use out of. Those kind of party favors just end up in the trash or sitting in a drawer somewhere collecting dust. I wanted our friends and family to have something they will hang on to and remember sharing our special day with us every time they use it. Since almost everyone drinks coffee or tea, I got all of the people at our reception a bistro coffee mug. They attractive and you can get good use out of them, too. They came in their own little packages, so I didn’t have to worry about finding favor boxes, I just ordered some festive hang tags to put on each one.
Reception supplies and accessories were easy to find on the world wide web. One super item we picked out was our wedding cake topper. I decided to go with something with special meaning to us.
Playing football in a friend’s yard is what we were doing the first time we met. I got a couple in wedding garb in the middle of a football game to remind us that his first move on me was when he was trying to tackle me.
