There are so many events in your life that you want to hold on to, that you can look back on later in life with fond memories. There is your bridal shower, wedding day, baby showers and so many more ocassions you want to hang on to the memories of. I have photo memory books that I really cherish to help my relive those special days over and over again. I have my girls night out wedding book from the night my sister and my friends threw me a fantastic wedding shower. I’ve got so many great pics of that very special night I shared with my friends. The pretty things they had arranged at the party and the exciting places we went to, that evening, were all caught on film. We really had a wild time and I’ve got super photos to prove it. I’ve even got a couple pictures of the male dancers we went to see. They knew how to work the crowd. I won’t soon forget my only night watching men dance like that. They may not have been in Playgirl, but they were definitely worth seeing.
I got a wedding memory book along with everything else I was buying when I was preparing for our wedding. There were an awful lot of photos to fill the pages. In fact I knew to buy a couple of them, so I’d have enough space for all the pictures. Once the books were full, I still had pictures left over. On certain pages in one of the picture album books were places for the guests we invited to write their names down. Our last initial was on the front of our beautiful personalized memory books, with my first initial to the left of it and my husband’s to the right of it. With the new video camera I just bought, it’s going to be a little different, because now I have to clear room on some shelves in the den for the videos I’ll be making. I’ll probably have to make a lot more room, considering all the memory books we have and the ones I’ll be collecting through the next few years, plus plenty of videos of the kids growing up. What can I say, my recollections of the past mean a lot to me. These are the most precious years in a mothers life and I’m not letting anything get by me.

I wanted to have a wedding that was not only full of great memories for me, but for our friends and family as well. That’s why I decided to choose my accessories and gifts with the thought of momentos in mind.
